this morning I tried making french toast for the very first time. I used a large pan and put about an eighth of an inch of olive oil in it. My french toast turned out very wet and kinda nasty, but I ate all three pieces. I noticed that the entire pan was dry, there was no trace of oil. Does this mean that I basically consumed a lot of oil in one meal??? I'm freaked out. I'm young and don't very often eat greasy things, but I'm worried that I ate so much oil that it could really clog my arteries. Should I be concerned, or will this most likely just pass with no harm done?I think I might have accidentally eaten a lot of oil today?
youre fine. think of the people that eat mcdonalds daily, that has more oil in it. olive oil is much better than the animal fat oil they use in resturantsI think I might have accidentally eaten a lot of oil today?
Don麓t worry because this is unsaturated fat. There is a worse kind of fat that you find in meats, called saturated. People actually need some fat in their diet (like 30% of the daily calories have to be from fat), only, make sure that it is vedgetable fat, which is good for you. Animal fat is bad for you. Just keep your arteries clean by staying away fron McDonalds.

ps. Don麓t worry.
You will be fine.
If you know how much oil %26amp; grease is in some of these big steaks that men order to eat at a single meal...ugh!
no dont worry ..... because clogin arteries is a chronic disease which means it needs along time of exposure to occur
It was only one time, nothing to worry about.
if it doesnt happen often then dont worry bout it
Stick your finger down your throat and vomit it up.
:D
