am i doomed? do you think i can still lose 15 pounds by 2 months?Im on a diet and today i had two peices of pie and a bunch of bread dipped in oil :(?
No. You fell off the wagon. Get back on the wagon and sally forth! Everyone has craving days. Don't beat yourself up and gradually you'll begin to have less and less of those off days.Im on a diet and today i had two peices of pie and a bunch of bread dipped in oil :(?
Hey! Stop stressing it is all good. No one eats perfect all the time you will lose it! All will be fine! I reccomend excercising if you really feel guilty but this is not necessary. Just try to eat healthy foods and you will naturally lose weight and the cravings will stop. You can do this! 15 pounds is alot for two months to begin with so maybe try to aim for 10 pounds instead as a healthy goal. This is what worked for me and I felt great:Daily

Water 8-10 glasses

Whole grains 6 servings

Fruit and Veggies 9+ a day

Meat 6-7 oz a day

oil (use only trans free fats like olive oil and canola)

Eat 3 small meals and 3 small snacks to boost metabolism

try to excercise 30 min a day if that is your thing and you can

breakfast ex(cereal,milk, juice/piece of fruit,)

Snack (Yogurt and grapes)

Lunch(sandwich/ Mc d's chicken salad/ etc)

Snack(Peanut butter jelly or cheeze its and milk etc)

Dinner (chicken and rice w greenbeans and carrots and peaches for dessert)

Snack(Popcorn and strawberries
You're not doomed just eat healthy and exercise tomorrow. It's actually healthy to occasionally have something you think you shouldn't eat but that you like. Just go back to your healthy eating the next day.
You must eat 3500 calories OVER your normal intake (avg. 2000) so unless you eat at least 5500 calories in one day, you won't actually gain a pound. Same goes for losing. If you cut out 500 calories each day x 7 days a week = 3500 or 1 pound loss a week. 1000 calorie cut = 1 pound loss every 3.5 days, etc....

Look at it as if you skipped a dose of medicine. Chalk it up and go back to the usual routine. Most importantly, don't kick yourself when you mess up.

Also keep in mind that you carry anywhere from 5-15 pounds of water weight (which fluctuates rapidly throughout the day/week). The first 10 pounds (waterweight) will happen quickly. If it slows after that, don't get discouraged!
EW BREAD DIPPED IN OIL? NOW THATS JUST NASTY!
are you talking about olive oil? olive oil is high in fat (i think) but it has many health benefits.

anyway. learn from your mistakes. excercise!
gross! do you eat like that everyday? because if you do then yes, you're doomed cause oil and bread are probably the worst two things you can combine. and pie is fattening too.
depends on what else you ate and how many calories in pie and bread/oil..i would say at most 1500 ...so just be a bit more strict the following days so you proly can recover..good luck....its a tough road but well worth it
yeah , but try to lay off the bread and refined sugar add more fruit and vegetables, grains, bagel is better than bread, ALSO check with Doctor and rule out health reasons for overweightness, get up and move around
Exercise it off!
