NO just another attempt by Pelosi to misdirect attention away from the do nothing congress. Do away with the moratoriums on drilling oil at home and watch what the speculators do immediately, the price would drop.
OUR MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT THE WORLD CANNOT GET OUT OF THIS 20th CENTURY FIXATION OF USING CARBON BASED PRODUCTS AS THE MAIN ENERGY SOURCE AVAILABLE TO US. WE ARE JUST STUMBLING INTO NUCLEAR ENERGY AS AN ALTERNATIVE BUT WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE WASTE THAT HAS A HALF-LIFE THAT LASTS GENERATIONS.

With Iran saber rattling this would be the wrong thing to do. We've already suspended new purchases for the reserve but we shouldn't reduce supply.
