Both Republicans and Democrats sold us out on the oil issue. They're more interested in being wooed by the oil lobbyists and bigwigs to the tune of steak and lobster dinners and $10,000 tabs at the strip club.

An alternative will take time. The interim solution lies with the left allowing us to drill our own oil and start developing nuclear power, making more refineries and investing in smart alternatives. Quit blaming bush as he has tried to open up Alaska and the gulf for exploration and drilling only to be blocked by our friends on the left!
