It could go up even in a down stock market if there is some kind of world crisis somewhere over something, weather, war, whatever. With Spring coming everyone thought it would tank, but that has not happened yet.Will oil go up or down considering today's drop in the markets?
not sure . i just stocked up on toilet paper so when it goes way up i'll have enough for the end result .
