i've never heard of him/her. there is some crap going for big money as part of the ';st ives'; collective. if its a genuine ';fischer'; it may be worth 200k. but you need an expert for an evaluation. if its ';st ives'; oil on plywood showing the bay, it may be worth 1200-1500. prices are up and down at the minute.
